set in a flowered garden with cherry, peach, apricot and
mirabelle trees. Set in Albi on the historic Route de Cordes.
On the river bank, the home is a very short and pleasant 10 minute
walk to the center of this beautiful historic town with its'
amazing cathedral, museums, restaurants, shops and easy access
to surrounding vineyards of the region.
The entrance to the home is typical of properties within larger towns
with access via a passage way and through the garden,
a feeling of country in the city.
A short trip by autoroute to Toulouse, Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel,
the Bastides, the Valley of the Tarn.
The home is open space on the main level with kitchen,
dining and living room opening onto the terrace
which overlooks the Tarn river.
Wonderful for breakfast and evening barbecues.
The main level is air conditioned.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
Laundry facility is available.
