This Napoleon III chateau, 45 minutes north of Bordeaux is the ideal vacation rental
for those who want to experience the rich flavor of this unique region
in an environment reminiscent of times long gone.

With all the greatest names of Cognac to the north, and the prestigious
Bordeaux "grand crus" to the south, the Atlantic Coast to the east ....






The rental quarters consist of the entrance hall, the main living room,
a lounge, an office, WC, the dining room and the kitchen.

The upper level is with 6 large bedrooms.
The Pomerol, the Pauillac, the Saint Julien to one side and
the Margaux, the Haut Medoc and the Saint Emillion on the opposite side.

Two of the bathrooms have full en suite bathroom and the
other 4 have en suite bathrooms with showers.

The kitchen has all the standard amenities such as microwave,
washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator,
freezer and a number of small kitchen appliances (toaster etc..).

The chateau itself is quite suitable for young families as there is lots of space for
children to roam around and there are child friendly facilities, toys, crafts, bikes etc.

The chateau itself is dressed with tasteful but not very expensive period furniture
which is often an appeal to families with young children as parents are
not constantly fretting over children possibly touching or damaging expensive items,
an aid for a relaxing holiday.

The chateau is a good way back from the roadside, 3/4 of a kilometer.
The grounds are interesting to explore.






The first floor offers 4 very large bedrooms of
approximately 350 square feet each.
We have a number of beds and will arrange them as you will choose,
it is sometimes nice to put all the children in one room
while the parents enjoy some privacy.

6 jan-30 march: 1500 euros per week
31 march- 6 april: 1800 euros per week
7 april-27 april: 2000 euros per week
28 april-15 june: 2200 euros per week
16 june-29 june: 2800 euros per week
30 june-30 august: 3200 euros per week
1 september - 7 september: 2500 euros per week
8 september - 28 september: 2800 euros per week
29 september - 14 december: 1700 euros per week
15 december -5 january: 2800 euros per week

Bed and Breakfast available at a nightly charge.

The Château is also available on a weekend rental basis.
Prices range between 400 and 950 Euros per weekend
(Friday evening - Sun Evening) depending on the season.

Renting the Chateau is self catering.
Telephone and internet use is billed separately.
Security deposit required.

Outside of the high season, June, July and August there is a
10% discount on the total fee for 2 weeks or more
