The carefully restored 18th/19th century stone house provides spacious and elegant accommodation
on two floors, with a floor area of 300m² and gas-fired central heating throughout.
It is set in an enclosed garden, designed by the present owner, consisting of a gravelled courtyard,
stepping up to a raised lawn, itself surrounded on two sides by raised beds,
planted « à la française » with evergreen shrubs.
The self-contained swimming-pool complex is accessible from the second level of the house,
on the South side, but is protected by child-proof iron gates.
It consists of a large heated pool with Roman steps, a 2- 3 room converted stone cottage,
