with a 32+ hectare AOC vineyard

This magnificent Château built in the Napoleon 3rd style was fully restored
from the ground-up some 7 years ago, including the slate roof traditional of the region.
The slates were fixed with stainless steel nails.
It has 6 large bedrooms in the main part and 4 additional bedrooms in the wing.
The central heating device is new and state of the art.
The 32 hectare 60 a 14 ca vineyard itself is complanted in red 70 %
(2/3 Merlot, 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon)
and the remaining 30 % in whites (Semillon and Sauvignon).
Yielding an approximative yearly production of 190,000 bottles of red and 30,000 bottles of white,
the wine quality is ranked in competition amongst the top 5 of the areas' 300 or so vineyards.
The clay-chalky-gravellous soil and the loving care given to the vineyard
is responsible for this achievment.
The vinification takes place in a modern vat room equipped with a temperature control system.
The wines are aged in Oak barrels.
As there is a licensed wine master running the entire operation
this property is ideally suited to be purchased as a turn key operation.
