This country style stone house can host up to 12 persons in it's 7 bedrooms.
It is set on a wooded lot with green oaks trees.
It has a very large living room with two French doors opening onto the garden
and two French doors opening onto the terrace.
The terrace has a built in barbecue and tables so as to facilitate open air dining.





The large salon has a fireplace and two convertible sofas big enough
to sleep two persons in each with two French doors opening onto the garden

A fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave.
The cellar is with washer, ironing table and a second refrigerator-freezer.

Seven bedrooms:
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, WC: 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 with four beds.
On the first floor 2 bedrooms: One large bedroom with a lavabo and
another large bedroom with full bathroom and WC.
A mezzanine with hi-fi equipment.
In the annex there is 2 additional bedrooms with full bathroom.






A swimming pool with an 80 cm. high surrounding wall for child protection,
lounge chairs and parasols, tennis court, traditional stone tables.
